Good-bye Bernie…

Bernie Mac died today. This seems surreal.
It’s funny, earlier today, I was reading the Aug. 15th issue of Entertainment Weekly and it said that he was admitted to the hospital for pneumonia. Then, when I met with my friend Steve he said, “Did you hear? Bernie Mac died.” I guess this happened before EW’s press time. I was like “Whoa - so much changes in such little time.”
Wow. This is sad. Why are we losing such talented people? George Clooney was right when he said that the world just got a little less funny.
Tomorrow, I’ll make sure to have some miiiiilk and coooookies in his honor.
