SYTYCD should cut the bullcorn and announce the winner

There are many things that we can talk about in regards to season 6 of So You Think You Can Dance. I’ve taken it upon myself to make some bullet points:

+ The fact that there is a guy that refers to himself as “Legacy”.
+ The annoyance that is Mollee and Nathan
+ Annoying spelling of names like “Mollee”
+ Nigel’s excessive use of the word “sensuality” while Karen was on the show
+ Karen was a J. Lo in training
+ The obnoxiously huge stage that features distracting light shows and cutesy graphics in the background
+ Mia Michaels’s exit from the show
+ The annoying, “let’s get to know our dancers” segments
+ Not being able to distinguish who is Noelle and who is Kathryn (again, what’s with the “unique” spelling?)

Also, when they Cat Deeley and her Top Shop wardrobe introduces the dancers in the beginning, I can’t help but laugh. The smiley 5 second introductory solos and the “Here are the girls! Here are the guys!” strut down the stage infects me with so much hilarious pleasure.

All that aside, there is clearly a winner for this season:

Jakob. Sure, he spells his name with an illicit “K” and his promo picture looks like an ad for Old Spice body wash, but this boy can dance.

He may be able to dance, but knowing the history of the show he probably won’t win. They’ll pick someone like Nathan or some sort of Zac Efron equivalent.

Even so, I am keeping my fingers crossed for the triumph of Jakob.

P.S. Ellenore is my second choice
