So I saw a screening of the I Spit On Your Grave and I did a lot of cringing and I walked out of the theater with a nervous twitch and…well…I’ll leave the review for later (or maybe not — the title of this post says it all.) But let’s do a side-by-side comparison of the 1980 original and the remake:

Wow. That acting in the original was stellar. There is definitely a tinge of Deliverance in both. But I will say this much: both are quite graphic — but one is campier than the other. I’ll let you figure that one at on your own.
