In a recent interview with Women’s Wear Daily, the founder of Comme des Garçons, Rei Kawakubo had some interesting words to say about new designers:
“They lack discipline…They’re not strict enough with themselves.”
OH SNAP! The polka dot obsessed, , too cool for normal people, queen of anti-fashion ain’t playin’. I wanna see someone like Alexander Wang retaliate. I want him to talk smack about the insect repellant perfume she created — or the non-mainstream crazy ass stuff she creates. It will almost be like a rap rivalry!
