For the longest time, I thought this dude’s name was Jeremiah as in bullfrog — but alas, I was wrong. His name is Jere-MIH pronounced JEH-RUH-MY. I am so unaware and uncool with these youngster rappers.
But that is neither here nor there.
This song is a definite when you are all up in the club (as many of you know I am an avid woo-girl club goer) but it also works very well with Groucho Walks, a P90X exercise that can also help you work on your grinding “drop-it-down-low-ho-shake-that-shit” dance movements.
