Listening to Childish Gambino spit lyrics is like swimming through a clever cypher pool of aggressive lyricsm.

One of the main things that sets Gambino (a.k.a. Donald Glover a.k.a. Troy from Community) apart from many other rappers is that you can actually understand the words that are coming out of his mouth. Flowing in the same vein as Talib Kweli, Common, Little Brother and even Eminen, Gambino is so absurdly articulate that I can’t help but be pulled into his orbit of wordplay (with “Bonfire” I also do a more refined variation of the Dougie).

When someone can fit the NASDAQ, Toe Jam and Earl, Human Centipede, Casey Anthony AND reference the Filipino fast food wonder, Jollibee into one rap song, then swag should be bestowed upon you.
