This year, I decided to add another dimension to my interviews. I found my inner-Matt Lauer and decided to make a fool of myself with on-camera interview. It is quite riveting to actually see the people I interview AND it actually PROVES that I was in the same room with them. Plus, you can see me in all my awkward and giggly glory. Here are the video interview I did for 2011 (and you will see more in 2012).
Will Reiser and Seth Rogen for 50/50: Luckily my first on-camera interview for the year was for a movie I really liked. Watch how I giggle my way through this one.
Julianne Hough and Kenny Wormald for Footloose: This one was quite fun and, surprisingly, I enjoyed the remake. Also, Julianne loved my outfit. It’s not on camera, but IT DID HAPPEN.
Antonio Banderas and Salma Hayek for Puss in Boots: I think half the time I was being hypnotized by their silky smooth latin accents.
John Cho for A Very Harold & Kumar 3D Christmas: I think John Cho fell in love with me in this one…either that or he was just annoyed by my incessant chuckling.
Red carpet interviews at the The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part 1 music event at the Fillmore in San Francisco: I still cringe every time I think of the bumbling conversation I had with Nikki Reed. Please watch it for a good laugh.
Patton Oswalt for Young Adult: Like Julianne, Patton complimented my outfit and once again, it’s not on camera. Nonetheless, chatting with the comedian-turned-dramatic actor was quite a treat.
Michael Fassbender for Shame: As much as I wanted to talk about Magneto, I stuck to talking about sex addiction — but I did get all giddy when talking about Haywire with him after the interview.
