Everyone loves Tim Burton — even if Dark Shadows was mediocre. That said, the dark and quirky director has given us some of the best films that still remain relevant in pop culture. From Beetlejuice to Edward Scissorhands, Burton has made a name for himself as an iconic director of the weird, yet approachable. To illustrate that point, graphic designer Martin Woutisseth created this amazing video that gives us an animated filmography of Burton’s work. The video is pretty damn cool:

Even though Dark Shadows was hellacious, I still forgive Burton. I mean, why didn’t more people love Big Fish or even Sweeney Todd (Yes, I actually enjoyed that.) And FYI: I thought Batman Returns was perfectly fine — mainly because of Michelle Pfeiffer‘s Catwoman. Not counting the TV show, she is the best Catwoman ever to grace the silver screen. I am already voting for her over Miss Hathaway.
