My time at the Toronto International Film Festival has come to an end and for being my first time at the TIFF, I was thoroughly satisfied. Out of the 289 movies that screened, I watched 32 of them (34 if you include Perks of Being a Wallflower and End of Watch which I watched before I went to the festival). Even though I aimed to see 35 and feel kind of like a failure for not reaching this goal, I enjoyed popping my TIFF cherry.

TIFF is probably one of the most organized festivals I have been to. It’s like a well-oiled machine — and the volunteers are SUPER DUPER friendly. That goes for the entire city as well! And for that I thank you for being my home for the last 9 days. My time here can be best described by a Instagram photo and caption taken by BuzzSugar’s Shannon Vestal:

I want to marry Toronto and all its politeness. #TIFF12

Thank you Toronto. Thank you. Please don’t forget me. Because I will never forget you. I love you.
