If someone had to put a new spin on stop-motion movie, it had to be Wes Anderson.
Actually, it makes sense. His movies (Rushmore, Royal Tenenbaums, The Darjeeling Limited) all have this stop-motion caricature to them. They are quirky, humorous and as clever as the species of the title character of Fantastic Mr. Fox.
